Yeah, there are several problems I forsee that probably warrant restarting. First, you should've put the two points in two weapon style.
Second, you should never put points in bastard swords. They are the rarest weapons in the game. Much rarer than magic katanas. There are no good bastard swords easily available. If you don't use a weapon you have proficiencies in, you suffer a huge penalty to hit and to damage (larger than the manual says).
