The shape changer? Well, Cernd's a shapeshifter, but I'll assume you're talking about the rakshasa. She's in a little cottage close to the druid grove. If you've spoken to the Dao djinnis, she'll automatically attack you when you start a conversation with her.
To get into the crypt, you need to finish the druid and Dao quests. In the little meeting that follows your return to Trademeet, a couple of nobles will approach you. Simply go to either of their estates and talk to one of them. They'll give you the key to the crypt. A note; I'm trying not to spoil it for you, but you can give the mantle you get to either of them or the High Merchant. Give it to either of the nobles and they will attack each other, and you as well. One of the nobles has a set of elven chainmail. You do the math. ; )
