I had this same problem until someone on this board or another suggested that I put Keldorn in charge. This has worked so far, as long as Viconia is not right next to him in battle order--normally my order is Keldorn-Minsc-Viconia, but when I put Viconia in the #2 slot, Kelly got all self-righteous again, and killed her. But it's worth a try.
