You can ask one of the girls outside the feasthall for some company during the daytime. Once your inside, well, you're inside! The horn is in Caila's house which is upstairs from the feasthall in the western/southwestern part of the level- make sure your map flags are on(on map screen, push button in top left corner to toggle) You have to go at night- hornis on table
