Damn, you're really up to your armpits in them. If you'v already installed the patch, I'll see what I can come up with...
a) Try using the debug console to summon the missing people,
b) Buggered if I know. Try summoning the thief guy again. If that doesn't work, I have no idea, but it sounds like you passed it the 'no-experience' way anyway. Sorry.
c) It's late, and I'm drunk, but the door to get into Aran's little hideaway requires Gaelan's key to open, so you'l need to go back and top him to get it. On the other hand, if you're talking about opening Aran's door, you need a key off some bugger past all the annoying 'training rooms'
d) If I wasn't so lethargic I'd find the variable this quest uses to start itself, but there's probably a way to fix this. The hold's events are separate from Nalia's plot and should still be working fine. If they're not, well, that's another bug (no kidding).
e) No freaking clue. Did you spill water on your CD?
