i finally managed to continue my game without reload from a saved prevoius to that first elhan encounter. its quite simple if you know how. in any outdoor area except the one where Elhan actually is just type
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("c6elhan")
in the console (with debug activated), and he will appear right in front of you, not being hostile. now you can talk to him (first he will replay the "return from underdark"-dialogue with the questions you have to answer truthfully) but when you talk to him a second time he takes the lanthorn and teleports you to the entrance to Suldanessalar - the plot goes on!
so you can gladly go on eith your game...
