I'm not sure if it's possible. I know fallen rangers can get their title back with a quest, but I think once a paladin falls, he can't get up. There's probably some way to restore the title using Shadowkeeper, though, just keep trying. Change yourself to a ranger, then back to a paladin, or maybe boost your reputation. See, this is one of many reasons I don't like paladins. Too much fooling around.
