BAMs, you know, like special effects/colors/explosions when the item is used, sound files, colors etc. I saw this sword called Stormbringer someone made, you could use it in BG1, it made this cool wailing sound whenever it was used.
I KNOW the teamBG site has some really good links for customization, i just can't get in because their site has been down for a while.
