I ditched Korgan several times and I always find him at the Copper Coronet where
he usually stands, if you have a high reputation than you have to pay him
for his services, I think he demands about 500 gold pieces. So just
pay him if you need him. Keldorn is in the sewers (northwest located) under
the temple district or you will find him at the order of the radiant heart if
you ditched him first time.
