Yes it is out. It is published by Versus Books...and it looks more like a magazine instead of a book.
But be warned, it isn't that good if you are looking for quest solutions for some of the side quests. The main walkthorugh and item guide are good...but it leaves out ALOT of side quests...(For example, it doesn't tell you how to get some of the strongholds...it only breifly mentions the romances, etc...)
I got mine at Babbages, but have seen it at Best Buy and Electronic's Boutique...remember...It looks like a magazine. When i was first looking for it, i walked by it several times before i recognized what it was.
