Kathen, you can extract the BIF files out of BG1 or 2 or even IWD with Infinity Explorer found here. You can extract just about any graphic in the game. If you want to to be constantly moving you just loop the movements using a program like GIF Animator. Then upload it to the net and use the [img =] command to display it.
