As you said, one segment is given to you by the speaking statue. Another is given to you by a shade for giving her remains to her, and the final part you find past the hall with the writing on the floor. It's in the room to the right. Drop the shadow therein and there's a secret compartment in one of the room's corners. Inside is the final segment.
