I think you mean the Girdle of Frost Giant Strength. If you are in Chapter 6 and am preparing to face Bodhi, then I think you may have missed it as it was in the Underdark. BUT all is not lost, just go back in via the way you came out. It is in the KuoTua dungeon accessed to the extreme left of the Underdark map.

Go to the room which has the statue of Demogorgon. If you click on the statue it will say something about a sacrifice. *hint* Your spellcasters summoning capabilities will be useful here. Be prepared for a fight, as the...thing that has it will not give it up easily.
