You have to buy the robe in the Adventurer's Mart (Promenade area). It is from one of the ladies on the second floor (can't remember which). Better save up your money and be sure to cast 'Friends' on your highest charisma character. Then use that character to talk to the shopkeeper. Even still, it may be too expensive (i used the cheat to create some gold, but you may have better will power than I have).
