If it has anything to do with the problem: I had the Bonus Merchants and the Happy Scripts from Baldurdash and the official Patch needed at MPlayer and i cant do a system restore to get BG2 back (before i uninstalled it) because I dont have any restore points.
So anything short of Formatting My Hard Drive will be greatly appreciated.

www.bioware.com, then to the BG2 troubleshooting page. This is a reported bug, and I believe they have a fix for it.
