Well not so many spoilers actually. Only items worth mentioning, what Kraggie drops, are Red Dragon Scales and Carsomyr +5, rest you can ignore, as it is nothing really worth mentioning, just enough for some small cash in a shop. But the two mentioned items, those you definately would want to get
