It's definitely not TDD, because I downloaded and installed it in less than three minutes. It's just a MOD that someone took some time and effort and created. It allows for a character to romance Nalia. The site must be busy because I got right through earlier.
Edit:I just got through now too. There's a nice screenshot for you Minsc and Boo fans.
