If i were you i wouldn't worry about the money cuz you will end up with about 200,000 gold at the end of the game, even if you go on several spending sprees.
And as the other guys said, the old stuff will still be there, but new and much better stuff will be buyable for 50gp, each time you want to look at them though. So try and buy everything you need at 1 go.
