Agreed, Jaheira makes a worthy fighter. Her HP's are fairly high and kitted out with a fortress shield and ankheg armour she has an AC of -6/7. That combined with her cleric/druid skills means she's up there at the front casting healing spells and her wonderful fire elemental. Don't waste her with a sling, take a look at her stats and equip her with a decent weapon.
