You're currently carrying 3 cleric types. I would actually keep Jaheira and Nalia, drop Aerie, and pick up a specialist spellcaster like Edwin. Definitely keep Viconia. Dump Aerie because its either Aerie or Nalia and you already have 2 cleric types there. That way you have 2 frontline fighters (paladin, Minsc), a second-line fighter that can be a first line fighter with the right equipment and can memorize lots of healing spells, an offensive cleric who levels up quickly and can fight well with the right equipment (Viconia) and your gofer member Nalia (shitty thief and average mage skills but you need a thief and a support mage and she's the only one other than Imoen who is readily available). Or you could try and get Jan Jansen who I never tried. Why not Yoshimo?? He's pretty cool and you can dump Nalia for him because better to have a specialist thief than a level 4 one.
