To anybody who has finished or is a good ways through the game -- or if anyone has happened to see this anywhere -- is there a list of the quests and what level it's recommended you be before attempting it? I'm on a quest in Ch. 2 and I've seen people mentioning they're doing it in Ch. 6. Such a list would also help those who feel a little overwhelmed by all the quests sort out which ones are best left until later.
