Well, I never really bothered with Lords, Gadgeteers and Ninjas (apart from a FN of course).
For various reasons my parties use these three much more often. Thanks to Flame's mod the Lord and Ninja (Dwarf and Felpurr respectively my favourites) are almost irreplacable because of all the new stuff they can have. Gadgeteers are more useful now, no more carrying them until the last quarter of the game when they become, of course, very good.
