Bladedog is right, next time choose a Lord.

Also, if you have a Fighter, concentrate on Maces. You'll thank me when you find, arguably, the best weapon in the game (IMHO). The Lord, Valkyrie, Ranger, Priest and Bishop can all do excellent damage with it but the beserk damage of the Fighter makes it even more powerful.

Once again, apologies if this is too much of a apoiler but I didn't want you to come across it and be frustrated because nobody in your party could use it.

Oh, you need a STR of 90, Mace skill of 50 and Artefacts skill of 35 to use it by the way, so not really viable for the Priest and Bishop perhaps?
