my actual version is 1.2.4.
Anyway, I fixed the problem:
The reason was obviously a truncated savegame. The last four savegames where only about 650KB, the ealier savegames where about 1.6MB. I reloaded the last 1.6MB-savegame and the door of the mook headquarter was open again. No idea how this could happen.
