Actually I got it on a drop in the room I opened with the Idol... seems like a 'curse' from the designers - I also get some weird inventory bugs using Identify, sometimes identify's an adjacent item instead ( and sometimes, even so - the intended item is revealed afterwards - but sometimes not ).

Gotta try that 'lid of chest' deal though - although several hundred arrows and bullet stones look real cool rotating after dropped...
