I use the Monestary for anyone who has healing. Just "run" off the waterfall (make sure ya' got 50-60 htps) use shift "M" to heal, rest and run back up to the waterfall and repeat. Make sure you rapidly hit the "M" key u ntil all the mana is used up. You'll lvl pretty fast this way.
