Tinkers Carryall Bracers can be bought from Bela.
I once played a game with 3 bards and 2 gadgeteers (and a bishop-priest without offensive magic). I didn't play all the way, but up to a point where i had more intruments than bard slots (but not enough gadgets for both gadgeteers)
