I enjoy playing the hybrids as they offer more development opportunities, but from a pure powerful char perspective its tough to beat the simpler chars.
Pls do explain how to develop Sam's "adequately" and how to obtain "plenty Lightning Strikes".
I'm nterested to know as I have been unable to develop a Sam that regularly Lightning Strikes.
