eh, the area there is a big circle. You can get to everything there if you go right. Just go down the steep slope where you can see some Rapax standing in front of a gate, after you've passed the 3 non-Rafe prisoners and the hanging bridge. Immediately after going through that gate, Rafe is up to your right. This is where you have to wait and watch the lava lord come to check out who's for lunch.
