In my experience, you can kill about 4-5 of the summoned templar rapax, and they stay friendly. If you kill more, they become hostile. If you kill Al-Sedexus quick enough, she shouldn't summon more than one group.
You can kill the templar with instant kill spells without loosing your reputation (if you didn't hurt them first)
