It's okay to kill her as this won't ruin your reputation. However if you kill the rapax templar that she summoned then this will ruin your reputation with the rapax.

IIRC there is none, so you have to walk back to rapax castle ( fighting with tons of rapax on the way ). I'm afraid you have to do the portal spell thing then.
