Hi, Domber and welcome to IW. Never heard of that crash, perhaps your mem is low? Maybe removing some other resident programs will free it up. Or a reload from disk may help if a file is corrupted. My 2 cents.

Edit - resinstall option: a reload from disk may wipeout saved games, first copy them somewhere else and then copy them back after reinstall
