If you examine the PTorch you get the information :
Skill : Artifacts , Spell : Light Lvl 2
I tried every way ( use , equip etc ) but I didn't find a way to create light.
I have no magic users in my current party . Usually I can see enough in the W8 caves but the Retros are a problem. How can I use that PTorch ?
