Hi there!

I have this diamond, and I can recall from earlier games, that there was a bank robbery and I should return it... but I can't get the quest, I suppose Myles has to give it to me? How do I do that? I talked to the Umpani Barkeeper and he mentions some people coming through talking about robbing Arnika Bank, but I can't get any further there... If anybody would enlighten me, I'd be very grateful.
