Some mixes between existing character classes:
Shadow Rogue: a sort of mix between a ninja and a rogue, getting crits next to the rogue's weapons.
Shadowmage: a mage with stealth, but lower hit points
Totally new idea:
Diver: would be able to use swords, daggers and polearms, and could get a sort of missile weapon you use underwater, with the ammo attached by a rope to the weapon, so you would'nt have to recharge. And of course would'nt need diving gear.
