Well its very easy in fact to use Anomen's turn undead... All you have to do is play a big half orc, pick anomen up and smack the undead with him. His overinflated ego, and thick skull should make quick work of those undead baddies.
Actually, its quite the handy ability... Its free and fast, and even at low levels you can cause a good deal of undead to Turn and try to get away, and eventually you will be able to just destroy them. Zap! Its fun.
Evil clerics will be able to take control of the undead in their turn range, but I don't like this as much since its rather temporary, and you end up having to wait for the monsters to kill each other, or just hack them to pieces anyway...
