You obviously need a little more help in exactly where to put the dagger after clicking on the 6 runes. It goes in the corner lit up by green. You pick the dagger up in inv, leave inv, then lift it up to the top of the wall where it meets the post and click. Most of the times it just drops and you have pick up the dagger. Need to find just the right pixel for it to stick. Most have trouble with it even when they know where to put it! Only then will the mushroom transporter appear in back of the cemetary.
