Obviously, spoilers follow:

You need a plain dagger for the graveyard dungeon.

The other dungeons are located in the wildernesses. I keep forgetting their names. One is close to the bridge leading to the Umpani. The other is located near the entrance to the Rapax areas. iirc you need a longsword and a staff (short?) to activate these dungeons.
