Both Halsey and Kakero are correct. I tend to be more cautious so I wait to lev 15 or so. We also use canned elementals, protect the party, and then run up and wail away. If she puts on Iron Skin or whatever, you have more difficulty. And she can do Earthquake, Tsunami, etc. I save before entering the area so you can have new random items in the Davy Jones Locker chest. Of course, this means you have to fight her every time. BTW, the *Light Sword* is very difficult to get, so don't count on getting it.
