I always beat her ( nessie is a female no? )at level 13 ~ 14. my trick is to skip fighting her first and go straight for Bayjin to get Light Sword. let your fighter equip this weapon. Then return to nessie and let your fighter berserk. cast superman at him and every funky protection spell you got. Only the fighter should attack and the rest does healing. My fighter does 180++ damage per attack and nessie go down very fast.
