I never found Maenad's Lance yet in 15+ games. But maybe its a very rare random item in an high-level chest. According to some spoilers, the Staff of the Serpent could be in a chest, and i never found this one too.

The Vulcan Hammer is fix in the Rapax Armory. Remembered it to be great in Wiz7, but didn't look that impressive now.
