I remember going to Trynton from Arnika in my first game. I was level 7 or 8 at the time, and I encountered a group of Vampire Bats. I finally beat them after two reloads and two wings out of the 4 bats dropped. So at the time I did not think much about the fact that the wings dropped. Every game since then I have not encountered them on the Arnika-Trynton road, only in the Umpani area and I have yet to get another drop from them (though I have not tried to reload a battle many times).

Has anyone else found that the vampire bat wing dropped easily when going to Trynton from Arnika? What level were you at?

Just wondering if this was just luck, or if it is actually easier to get the wing on the Arnika-Trynton road.
