I stand corrected on RPC. And this is the first time I have run into the term, now that I think about it. I mixed it up with RPG I guess.

I don't know for sure where you can't take Drazic and Rodan but I took them to many places. IIRC, they complain only once when you enter a new area and do not lose stats.
