I left Arnika at lvl 11.
And nope, I had no probs with those Juggernaughts.
I can wipe them with ease, it's just that now they come accompanied by cultists who love casting group spells that can kill my Bishop and Psyionist in 2 turns. Otherwise, it's all still ok.
