* I think skill training makes the game easier.
* Reloading makes the game much easier
* Less characters make it harder.
* Expert difficulty makes it harder.
* Ironman mode makes it somewhat harder.

It's obvious that less characters are harder to play with, but how far can you go? Would you play a 2-character team on ironman expert difficulty without reloads and without skill training?

What is reasonable?
