allthought the adamantine slimes are GREAT for raising your close combat/weapon stats.
i was trying to build up sword for my ninja. gave her two average swords, rest of the party on defend, and let her whack away doing quarter damage. periodically my other chars would refresh superman on my ninja or haste [img]smile.gif[/img]
in one battle with 2 slimes her sword skill went from 20 to 46 [img]smile.gif[/img]
