Seems OK. Just that it's not a good idea to multi class at level 15. Wait at least you get level 18. Also a Feary isn't very good for a bard. The bard have the biggest carry load, all this instruments are super super heavy. Better change for a Human or Mook.
So in my aspect you should change your Bard race.
