Phil, as Ice said, IF you go stright to the point, ie do nothing but what's needed to finish the game, then 30 hours is about right.

However, if you take the time to explore everywhere, talk to everyone, complete all the available quests (this varies depending on your approach, but you'll get roughly the same number of quests). Then you'd looking more likely at 60-80 hours, possible more.
