Miss-information everywhere. =)
The Maenads Lance cannot be imported from Wizardry 7 to Wizardry 8, and it cannot be found in any chest or looted from any NPC in Wizardry 8.
The Maenads Lance could be found in Wizardry 6 in the Hall of the Dead.
The Maenads Lance could be found in Wizardry 7 in the Crypt/Tomb/Gorror chests, and it could be also be imported.
