I don't remember the rift key, but there is a tiny keyhole in the king's trophy room on the wall that you need to use the apartment key on...unless you want dominus to be blown to smithereens.

Even if your chars don't have pp, you can sometimes pp items, especially on a drunk constable *grin* I have had my gadgeteer do some pp, with some decent success. If all else fails, you can kill the constable....it says that your faction rating with the templars goes down, but they are still friendly (assuming that you've become a templar...) If not, who the heck cares anyway *grin* Those rapax can be worth some pretty good xp.
